Directions From Denver
Take C470 from I-25 or I-70 to US 285 and go south towards Fairplay. Stay on US 285 through Fairplay until you have a choice of going right to Buena Vista or left and south to Poncha Springs. Go south to Poncha Springs then turn right and go west on Hwy 50 to Gunnison. In Gunnison make a right turn at the stop light to CO Hwy 135 and go 28 miles to Crested Butte.
In Crested Butte stay on CO Hwy 135, which is also called Sixth St in town, as you go straight without turning through the three (3) stop sign intersections. Watch your speed as the limit is as low as 15 mph in Crested Butte!
You'll be heading out of Crested Butte to the separate village of Mount Crested Butte and the road becomes Gothic Rd at this time. Don't be fooled by another "Gothic Ave" that intersects your path at the third stop sign.
Go straight to Mount Crested Butte. You've now got about three (3) miles to go until you need to make another turn.
At about two (2) miles from that last stop sign in Crested Butte, you'll be entering the village of Mount Crested Butte. Stay on Gothic Rd and you'll go under a pedestrian bridge - continue for about 1/2 mile.
For the 21 Paradise Road property, you'll make a left turn onto Paradise Rd and then to the third house on your left.
For the Spellbound properties, you'll turn right at the next street which is Whetstone - it's just past the fire station on your left. Go past the first driveway/house to the second driveway which is for the three Spellbound properties. Spellbound #1 is closest to Whetstone followed by Spellbound #2 and then Spellbound #3 at the bottom of the driveway. If the driveway is snowy or icy, go slow!
